What the Hiroshima tour from Osaka by train covers
The day lasts 11.5 hours and takes in two World Heritage sites: Itsukushima Shrine on Miyajima and the Atomic Bomb Dome in Peace Memorial Park. It starts from JPY 15046 and the listing shows 4.6 ★ (34 reviews). Round-trip Shinkansen tickets from Osaka are included when you select that option plan.
The guide does not travel on the train. You ride from Shin-Osaka to Hiroshima on your own, then take the North Exit, go down the stairs and find the guide at the Shinkansenguchi Hiroba bus berth, between bus stops 8 and 9. People who book the version without the train join the group at the same berth, so the Hiroshima part of the day is identical either way.
After that meeting, round-trip bus transport in Hiroshima, the round-trip ferry to Miyajima and entrance to Itsukushima Shrine are all covered. Lunch is not included and there is no hotel pickup. Eat on the island: grilled oysters and momiji manju are sold along the shopping streets between the pier and the shrine.

How this Hiroshima tour from Osaka by train compares
The escorted Osaka day runs 13 h 10 min and has staff walking you from the hotel to the Shin-Osaka platform, which is the one to pick if you would rather not handle the train alone. The private day trip from Kyoto or Osaka keeps your group on its own schedule. The 8 to 12 hour option can also begin in Hiroshima, so it works when you are already in the city or coming from Kyoto.
